Radio Broadcasting Services; Douglas, Tifton, and Unionville, GA - Channel 223C3 Allotment

The FCC has approved a change in the community of license for Station WKZZ(FM) from Douglas, Georgia to Tifton, Georgia, at the request of Orchon Media, Inc., allowing Tifton to receive its first local transmission service, in accordance with Commission rules.
