Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review for Large Diameter Welded Pipe from the Republic of Türkiye

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily found that Turkish company HDM Çelik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. received countervailable subsidies for large diameter welded pipe exports between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. The review is partially rescinded for 11 companies, and interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
