Radio Broadcasting Services; Milton, WV and Flemingsburg, KY - Channel Substitution Proposal

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a proposal by Simmons Broadcasting Company to swap Channel 292B1 for Channel 292A at Milton, West Virginia, and modify the license of Station WFXN(FM) accordingly. The company also seeks to swap Channel 236A for Channel 292A at Flemingsburg, Kentucky, and modify the license of Station WFLE-FM. The proposed change at Milton would allow Channel 292B1 to be allocated with a 0.5-mile buffer to avoid interference with other stations.
