Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991
On September 22, 1995, the Common Carrier Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission released a Public Notice seeking comment on MCI's Petition for Clarification and/or Reconsideration of the Commission's Order finalizing its rules implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
