FCC Denies Review of Radio Broadcasting Services in New York

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied an application by American Media, Inc. and a petition for reconsideration by East Shore Broadcasting Corporation, effectively terminating the proceeding regarding radio broadcasting services in New York, as outlined in the 1992 Report and Order (57 FR 31664, July 17, 1992).
