U.S. Department of Commerce Releases Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review on Indian Carbon Steel Flanges

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of countervailing duties on finished carbon steel flanges imported from India, finding that Indian producers and exporters received subsidies during the review period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
