IDCMA and AT&T Corp. Petition for Frame Relay Service Tariff

The Independent Data Communications Manufacturers Association (IDCMA) and AT&T Corp. have petitioned for a declaratory ruling, which grants that AT&T's InterSpan Frame Relay Service must be offered as a basic service subject to tariff, and all facilities-based IXCs offering basic frame relay service must also tariff the service, with a filing deadline of sixty days after the order's effective date.
