FDA Announces Availability of New and Revised Food Chemicals Codex Monographs

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available certain new and revised Food Chemicals Codex monographs, which have been approved by the National Academy of Sciences/Institute of Medicine Committee on Food Chemicals Codex for inclusion in the fourth edition of the Food Chemicals Codex, scheduled for release in March 1996.
