FDA Finalizes Rule on Over-The-Counter Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency Drug Products

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a final rule stating that over-the-counter medications for pancreatic enzyme deficiency are not safe or effective and are therefore misbranded, following public comments and new information.
