Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to use Iprodione; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Georgia Department of Agriculture has requested an emergency exemption from the EPA to use the pesticide iprodione on up to 940 acres of tobacco transplants in Georgia, and the EPA is seeking public comment before making a decision.
