Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to use Imidacloprid; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has requested an exemption to use Imidacloprid on up to 20,000 acres of peppers to control melon thrips, and the EPA is soliciting public comment.
