EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Revisions to Acid Rain Program Permits and Allowance System

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for proposed revisions to the Acid Rain Program's Permits and Allowance System rules to February 10, 1994, from January 19, 1994.
