Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans for Air Quality Planning Purposes; Ohio

The Environmental Protection Agency proposes to conditionally approve revisions to Ohio's State Implementation Plan for sulfur dioxide emissions in Hamilton County, in response to predicted violations of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
