EPA Withdraws Proposed Approval of Virginia's Richmond Ozone Nonattainment Area Redesignation Request

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its proposed approval of the request to redesignate the Richmond ozone nonattainment area from moderate nonattainment to attainment and proposing to disapprove the associated maintenance plan as a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP). Comments must be received by March 2, 1994.
