EPA Approves Virginia's Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to establish a Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program, satisfying the Federal mandate of the Clean Air Act.
