Proposed Administrative Settlement Pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, as Amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an administrative settlement for the Black Forest Drums Site in Colorado, requiring the Estate of Herman Walsky and Walsky Construction Company to pay $22,000 to the Hazardous Substances Superfund.
