EPA Delegates Authority to Commonwealth of Kentucky for New Source Performance Standards

On October 18, 1993, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) delegated authority to the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection to implement and enforce New Source Performance Standards.
