EPA Adds Chemicals to Toxic Substances Control Act Priority List

The Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) has designated 34 chemical substances for testing under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), with the EPA adding certain substances to two model rules for information-gathering and health and safety data reporting.
