Federal Reserve Board Seeks Comments on Proposed Extension of Financial Statement Reporting Requirements

The Federal Reserve Board is requesting public comment on a proposal to extend for three years the collection of financial statements from U.S. holding companies, nonbank subsidiaries, and other financial institutions, with the aim of improving transparency and oversight.
