Proposed Administrative Settlement Pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (``CERCLA''), as Amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act Idaho Pole Co. Site, Bozeman, MT

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed administrative settlement requiring Idaho Pole Company and other parties to pay $2,193,578.00 to resolve liability for response costs incurred at the Idaho Pole Company site near Bozeman, Montana, by September 30, 1993.
