State of Florida; Adequacy Determination of State/Tribal Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to determine the adequacy of State/Tribal municipal solid waste permit programs under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA has drafted a State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR) to provide procedures for approving these programs.
