Proposed Modification to Stipulated Settlement; Suit To Establish Schedule for Promulgation of Ozone Federal Implementation Plan for the Ventura Air Quality Management District Under Clean Air Act Section 110(c)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a modification to a stipulated settlement to establish a schedule for promulgating an ozone federal implementation plan for the Ventura Air Quality Management District by February 14, 1995.
