Dicofol; Revocation of Food Additive Tolerance

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revoking the food additive tolerance for residues of the pesticide dicofol in dried tea due to inconsistency with the Delaney Clause in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
