Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to Use Maneb; Solicitation of Public Comment

The California Department of Pesticide Regulation has requested an exemption to use the pesticide maneb to control walnut bacterial blight on walnuts, and the EPA is soliciting public comment before making a decision.
