Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to use Avermectin; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Idaho, Oregon and Washington Departments of Agriculture have requested an emergency exemption to use Avermectin to control the Two-spotted spider mite on up to 42,000 acres of Hops, and the EPA is soliciting public comment on the decision.
