EPA Approves Certain Chemicals' Test Marketing Exemption

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an application for test marketing exemption (TME) from Certain Chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The exemption is designated as TME-94-5.
