EPA Proposes Limited Approval and Limited Disapproval of California State Implementation Plan Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from crude oil production wells and during the transfer of organic liquids.
