The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Adequacy Determination of State Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to determine whether States have adequate 'permit' programs for municipal solid waste landfills (MSWLFs) under the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA). EPA will approve adequate State/Tribal MSWLF permit programs as applications are submitted.
