EPA Proposes Amendments to Regulations Governing Importation of Nonconforming Vehicles

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing amendments to 40 CFR part 85, subpart P to permit the importation of certain motor vehicles and engines from Canada without a certificate of conformity, provided they are identical to U.S.-certified counterparts.
