Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; Louisiana Stage II Program

The EPA is taking action to approve the Louisiana Stage II State Implementation Plan, which includes a SIP Supplement dated November 15, 1992, to satisfy the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. This plan requires Stage II vapor recovery equipment at gasoline dispensing facilities in six Louisiana parishes.
