EPA Approves Test Marketing Exemption for Certain Chemicals

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an application for test marketing exemption (TME) for Certain Chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The exemption is designated as TME-94-6.
