EPA Approves Virginia's Revised State Implementation Plan to Control VOC Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to control volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The revision establishes and requires the implementation of revised regulations to control VOC emissions.
