Virginia: Partial Program Determination of Adequacy of the Commonwealth's Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is determining the adequacy of Virginia's Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The agency will approve adequate programs as applications are submitted, prior to the final promulgation of a State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR).
