Proposed Settlement NSPS for Small Industrial Boilers Litigation

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement in the case of Babcock and Wilcox Company v. U.S. EPA, challenging new source performance standards for small industrial, commercial and institutional steam generating units.
