Public Water Supply Supervision Program Revision for the State of Mississippi

The State of Mississippi is revising its Public Water Supply Supervision Primacy Program, adopting drinking water regulations for the Phase V Rule. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has tentatively decided to approve the state program revision, allowing for a public hearing request within thirty days.
