EPA Denies Two, Grants Three Exemptions for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) Manufacturing and Use

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied two petitions and granted three exemptions for the manufacture, processing and distribution in commerce of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), while also promulgating one use authorization under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
