Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to use 2,4-D; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has requested an exemption from the EPA to use 2,4-D pesticide on up to 20,000 acres of wild rice in Minnesota, and the EPA is soliciting public comment before making a decision.
