Missouri; Final Program Determination of Full Adequacy of State/ Tribal Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is drafting a State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR) to approve adequate municipal solid waste landfill permit programs in Missouri, as required by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA intends to approve these programs based on submitted applications.
