Receipt of an Application for an Experimental Use Permit for a Transgenic Plant Pesticide

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received an application from Northrup King Company on February 2, 1994, for an Experimental Use Permit (EUP) for a transgenic plant pesticide, which is the fifth such application under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
