Proposed Rulemaking on Ozone Transport Commission; Emission Vehicle Program for the Northeast Ozone Transport Region

The Northeast Ozone Transport Commission submitted a recommendation to EPA on February 10, 1994, for an Ozone Transport Commission Low Emission Vehicle program in the Northeast Ozone Transport Region, which EPA is now reviewing for compliance with the Clean Air Act.
