EPA Proposes Approval of Florida's Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the State Implementation Plan submitted by the State of Florida to establish a Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program, which will be fully implemented by November 1994.
