EPA Approves Revisions to Louisiana State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Louisiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Governor on multiple dates between 1990 and 1992. The revisions address deficiencies in the state's Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) rules in several parishes.
