Control of Air Pollution; Emission Standards for New Nonroad Spark-ignition Engines at or Below 19 Kilowatts

The US Environmental Protection Agency proposes emission standards for new nonroad spark-ignition engines at or below 19 kilowatts, expected to reduce hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emissions by 32% and 14% respectively by 2020.
