D.L. Mud, Inc., Superfund Site: Proposed Settlement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to settle claims for past response costs at the D.L. Mud, Inc., Superfund Site in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, with The DOW Chemical Company and Dowell Schlumberger, Incorporated. The public has 30 days to comment on the proposed settlement.
