Receipt of Premanufacture Notices for New Chemical Substances Under the Toxic Substances Control Act

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received 174 premanufacture notices (PMNs) for new chemical substances, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The notices were submitted at least 90 days before manufacture or import commences.
