Sterling Chemicals Granted Exemption for Hazardous Waste Injection at Texas City Facility

The Environmental Protection Agency has granted Sterling Chemicals a petition for reissuance of an exemption to the land disposal restrictions under the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act for Class I injection wells at its Texas City, Texas facility.
