Certain Chemicals; Premanufacture Notices

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received 19 premanufacture notices (PMNs) for certain types of polymers, which are subject to a limited exemption from certain PMN requirements. These notices will be reviewed by EPA within 21 days of receipt.
