Air Pollution Control; Ozone Transport Commission; Recommendation That EPA Adopt Low Emission Vehicle Program for the Northeast Ozone Transport Region

The Northeast Ozone Transport Commission submitted a recommendation to EPA on February 10, 1994, to adopt a Low Emission Vehicle program for the entire Northeast Ozone Transport Region. EPA is reviewing the recommendation and will approve, disapprove, or partially approve and partially disapprove it based on the Clean Air Act.
