EPA Determines MACT Floor for Hazardous Organic NESHAP

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a final decision regarding the interpretation of Clean Air Act section 112(d)(3)(A) for purposes of the Hazardous Organic NESHAP (HON) rule, which regulates emissions of certain organic hazardous air pollutants from synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry (SOCMI) production processes and other processes.
