Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to Use Propazine; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Kansas Department of Agriculture has requested an emergency exemption from the EPA to use propazine on up to 120,000 acres of sorghum to control weeds, and the EPA is soliciting public comment before making a decision.
